Shrove Tuesday marks the last day before Lent, traditionally a period of abstinence, associated with clearing your cupboards of things like sugar, fat and eggs. It’s known as Pancake Day because it represents a good opportunity to use up such ingredients. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Smoked Salmon Crepes, Dill crème fraiche and caviar
Black Leg broth with shredded pancakes, fine dice of vegetables
Confit of Five Spice Duck, Oriental Pancakes, cucumber sticks, shredded spring onion and Hoi sin sauce
Herb pancakes filled with East coast catch, White wine cream & Spring vegetables
Canon of Thetford Lamb, Apricot mousse wrapped in Thyme crepes, rosemary and Redcurrant jus
Cannelloni of herb roasted butternut & Ricotta, Artichoke hearts, sweet Red onion with sun blushed tomato and shallot confit
Crepes cherries jubilee, cherries in a rich dark kirsch sauce
Crepes Suzette, the traditional favourite, Brandy, orange segments and juice with soft brown sugar and a little butter
Crepes lined with Nutella, topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with dark chocolate.
