Hours: Full Time

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, to include evenings and weekends (working 3 weekends outof 4)

About the Position

We are looking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist with a passion for exemplary guest service, to join our high performing Reception & Reservations Team.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the reception desk and guest communications.

You will welcome guests and answer all enquiries with patience whilst observing set standards in terms of exemplary customer care. Ensuring bookings are made to maximize the business and aiming to provide all guests with the best possible service and a memorable experience.

You’ll have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build an instant rapport with our guests. You will also develop a complete and detailed knowledge of all treatments and services, plus any promotions that may be on offer at the time.

About You

Ideally you will have reception or reservationist experience within a Spa, salon, hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Passionate about creating the very best guest experience – customer service will be at the forefront of your mind at all times.
  • You’ll bring enthusiasm, experience, organisation skills and strong team working spirit to the role here at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills, professional attitude and be highly pro-active and self-motivated.
