Niki has co-presented and choreographed four best-selling celebrity fitness videos including Zoë Lucker’s Little Black Dress Workout and Angela Griffin’s Dancemix Workouts (1 & 2). Niki can currently be seen on Angela & Friends (Sky1) on Mondays, as fitness expert for their Health & Fitness Club.
Chief Executive Noel Byrne commented: “Niki is hugely successful in her field and we have worked very closely with her in devising the class timetables, auditioning the dance and fitness instructors and setting up the studio.
“Having someone of Niki’s calibre come in and help us set up the studio has been brilliant and I am confident that both our existing members of the Edge Health and Fitness Club as well as guests, will enjoy the range of classes that we have to offer.”
Niki added: “The new fitness studio at Bedford Lodge is a fantastic facility and I am delighted to have worked with the fitness team in preparation for the opening launch.
“We have auditioned some very talented dancers and fitness instructors and I am confident that those we have chosen will be very popular with the users of the studio. I look forward to continuing to develop the class timetable over the coming months to help make the studio the best in the region.”
The new fully air-conditioned dance studio features mirrored walls and a five star sound system, hosting popular classes including Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and Spin.
