Fashion at the Festival comes to Newmarket’s races

It’s time to step into your designer clothes, secure your hat to your head and sashay over to the Moët & Chandon July Festival at the Newmarket races. For the 2nd year running the Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is sponsoring Fashion at the Festival, which is part of the July Festival that runs from 10 to 12 July.

fashion-at-the-festival-newmarket3It is one of the most stylish events in the racing calendar at Newmarket when the grounds will be awash with people in spectacular outfits.

There are 21 races scheduled for the event with £1.63m in prize money available.

Fashion at the Festival attracts some 2,500 entrants vying for the top spot of Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Gentleman and Best Dressed Couple.

 

fashion-at-the-festival-newmarket2Prizes for the ladies range from a spa day at the Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa for two plus £400 worth of ESPA beauty products, to an LK Bennett handbag, a £250 gift voucher from exclusive lingerie shop Rigby & Peller and £500 to spend at Coast Cambridge including help from a style advisor.

And the gents’ prizes include a relaxation day for two at the spa, vouchers and a portrait photo session. The top prize for the best-dressed couple is a seven-day holiday for two.
