Did you know that May is National Asparagus month?!
The Asparagus is such a versatile vegetable, have it with eggs for breakfast, a salad for lunch or it makes the perfect accompaniment alongside fresh fish, chicken or even in a pasta dish.
Asparagus season starts at the end of April and runs through to June, making May the perfect month for our Asapagus menu.
