National Fitness Day encourages the nation to celebrate the fun of fitness and physical activity across the UK and will take place in 2018 Wednesday 26th September.
National Fitness Day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.
The Health & Fitness Club at Bedford Lodge Hotel is proud to be supporting this day by offering all members to BRING A GUEST FOR FREE!
We will also be running gym demonstrations throughout the day including the correct use of equipment class, TRX and Powerbag workouts!

08.00-09.00 – Beginners Pilates
09.15-10.15 – Spin
10.30-11.30 – Yoga
12.30-13.30 – Legs, Bums & Tums
14.00-15.00 – Boxercise
15.30-16.30 – Circuits
17.00-17.45 – Barre Strength
18.00-18.45 – Boxercise
19.00-20.00 – Pilates
