Let’s celebrate British farmers and British beef!

At Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa we are passionate about our food, we like to know that it’s good quality, locally produced and assured before we place it on our menu.

British Beef Week helps raise the profile of the British farming industry and by shopping locally we reduce our carbon footprint.

Britain is home to some of the most famous cattle breeds including Highland, English Longhorn, Red Poll, Hereford, British White, Ayrshire and Aberdeen Angus to name a few!

Grilled Trenchmore Wagyu Sirloin

Chilli & Lemongrass butter, Rocket & Red Onion Salad, Sweet Potato Fondant

Dedham Vale Oxtail

24hr Braised Oxtail, Adnams Ale sauce, Pearl Onions, Sautéed Gnocchi 

Hereford Fillet tail Medallions

Parmentier Potatoes, Forest Mushroom sauce
